Continuous Quality Improvement Wire Group Home Page
The primary purpose of our Continuous Quality Improvement effort is to improve our wire quality to customers. CQI is now standard operating procedure for each wire mill. Using team problem solving techniques, we improve processes, address issues and come up with working solutions.
A quality control laboratory is set up with state of the art equipment for uniform testing of finished wire and for process control. A variety of tests are performed, depending on the end use of the product.
